STENTER INFEED

Stenter infeed ensures proper fabric entry to Stenter Frame / Heating Zone
Various types of accessories / parts will be provided as per fabric type

1. Inlet Desk with Operating Platform
• Fabric inlet frame with operating platform
• Main Operating panel
• Driven Top feed roller with rubber fillet
• Driven Bottom feed roller with rubber fillet
• One upper driven scroll roller with T profile made of SS 304 with manually adjustable roller for setting of wrap for upper scroll roller is provided
• One lower driven scroll roller with T profile made of SS 304 with manually adjustable roller for setting of wrap for upper scroll roller can be provided, if required
2. Fabric Entry to Main Chain
• Two pinning-in devices with direct drive, right and left separately adjustable
• Pneumatically lifted and lowered
• For selvedge tension, speed of pinning-in device can be adjusted maximum up to 35 % relative to top feed roller
• Different types of Guiding Systems will be provided as per fabric requirement (LA 8301, LA 8201, LS 3001 and Fix Spindle etc.)
• Different type of Infeed Systems for Track Movement will be provided (KR43 with FR15 sensors, KRS60 with FR55 sensors)
• Inlet track support
• Standard Inlet track of 3000 mm will be provided
• Extension entry track of 1440 mm and 3000 mm can be provided
• Post pin brush assembly at inlet tracks for better pinning on the selvedge & proper holding of the fabric
• Pneumatic chain tensioning device
• Centre support rod of SS
• Driven Rope can be provided
• Box type / V type Steamer can be provided
• Selvedge gumming device can be provided
• Infrared selvedge dryer of 10Kw capacity can be provided
• Pin protection device on chain for knitted fabric can be provided
