Scope of Work

The scope of work is a comprehensive document outlines the specific tasks, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities required to complete a project. By clearly defining the roles, resources, and budget allocations, the scope of work ensures that all stakeholders align with our mutual understanding of the project's expectations and boundaries, ultimately guiding our the project's execution and success.

Inputs, Feasibility Study, Estimation

  • Gathering Inputs: We Collect all necessary information from the client, including project requirements, constraints, project methodology, standards and any existing data or documentation.
  • Feasibility Study:We Conduct a thorough analysis to determine the project's viability. This includes assessing technical, financial, and operational aspects to ensure the project can be successfully executed.
  • Estimation: We Provide a detailed cost and time estimate based on the gathered input and feasibility study. This helps clients understand the investment required and the timeline for project completion.

Estimation Review, Project Award

  • Estimation Review: We review the initial estimates with the client in an iterative way, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. This step ensures transparency and builds trust. Mutual agreement of estimation to be ensured before award the project to us.
  • Project Award: Once the client approves the estimates, we formalize the agreement of timeline, quality, and cost. We officially kick off the project. This includes signing contracts and setting up project management tools.

Project Execution, QC & Delivery

  • Project Execution: We begin the actual design and development work with a kick of meeting and setting up communication plan and documenting escalation matrix. This involves regular progress updates, milestone reviews, and client approvals at key stages.
  • Quality Control (QC): In all our engagements, we Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the final deliverables meet all specifications and standards. This includes regular inspections, testing, and validation. We conduct a two-level of quality check includes self-check and peer quality check.
  • Delivery: Upon completion, we deliver the final drawings, models, and documentation to the client. We ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and meet the client's expectations.

Client Feedback

  • Feedback Collection: After delivery, we gather feedback from the client to understand their satisfaction level and any areas for improvement. We do this through surveys, interviews, or follow-up meetings.
  • Incorporate Feedback: We use the feedback to make any necessary adjustments or improvements to the deliverables. This helps ensure the client is fully satisfied with the final product.

Quality Analysis & Improvements

  • Ongoing Quality Analysis: We continuously monitor and analyze the quality of our work. This includes reviewing project outcomes at predefined intervals, identifying any recurring issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: We use insights from quality analysis to refine our processes, tools, and techniques. This helps us deliver better results in projects we undertake. We practice CAPA (Corrective Action, Preventive Action) on each of the incident and ensure continuous improvements in our way of working.
