Padder (Mangle)

Padder ensures dewatering & different types of finishing application as per fabric type. Two options for Padder are available; Two bowl padder & 3 bowl padder.

Two Bowl Padder

• Ideally suited for dewatering & finishing of various types of fabrics
• Squeezing Pressure up to 12 ton is possible based on fabric width
• Combination of Crowned & Counter Pressure Roller help to achieve uniform pressure throughout the roller width
• Different Combination of rubber hardness will be provided as per fabric type and application
• Cleaning arrangement for rollers are provided with spraying nozzle
• Different types of Trough Movement is possible (Sliding & Tilting and Lowering & Tilting)
• Bow Roller (Curved Bar Expander) before Nip is provided to remove fabric crease; adjustment in running machine is possible with appropriate safety features
• Driven Scroll Rollers before Nip & before Dip is provided to open the fabric curling
• Pneumatic Compensator or Load Cell is provided after padder for automatic speed control
• Level Controller can be provided, if required
• pH indicator can be provided, if required
• Jacketed Trough with and without temperature control can be provided if required
• Long Immersed Path can be provided if required
• Dosing Tank with Stirrer and Pump can be provided, if required
• Padder Frame of SS 304 can be provided, if required
• Trough Level and Squeezing Pressure can be adjusted and monitored from Main Touch Screen

Three Bowl Padder

• Ideally suited for De-Watering & Finishing of various types of fabrics
• Squeezing Pressure up to 10 ton is possible based on fabric width
• Combination of Crowned & Counter Pressure Roller help to achieve uniform pressure throughout the roller width
• Different Combination of Rubber Hardness will be provided as per fabric type and application
• Lifting & Lowering of Trough is possible
• Bow Roller (Curved Bar Expander) before Nip is provided to remove fabric crease
• Pneumatic Compensator or Load Cell is provided after padder for automatic speed control
• Level Controller can be provided if required
